Replacement Policy

Replacement for a product will be accepted only if:

• Wrong product delivered
• Expired product delivered
• Damaged product delivered – Physical damage/ tampered product or packaging
• Incomplete order – missing products

Under what conditions replacement requests will not be accepted?
• Opened/ used/ altered products.
• Original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.) missing.
• The replacement request is generated after 48 hours from the date of delivery.
• The damaged/ missing product is reported after 48 hours from the date of delivery.

In all of the above cases, customer shall inform us within 48 hours of receiving the order with a valid image proof.

Only products worth same or more value would be eligible for replacement. No refunds will be processed.And the difference in value will have be paid.
Replacement product will be dispatched within 48-72 hours of receiving the request, under conditions as defined by www.natrolish.com.
In any case, if a prepaid order is not delivered a refund will be initiated within 3-5 working days.
How are returns processed?

• Step 1 –
Raise a replacement request within 48 hours from the date of delivery. Please raise a request here with order and contact details – customercare@natrolish.com or through Contact page.
• Step 2 – Give us 2 working days to review your replacement request.
• Step 3 – After reviewing your replacement request, we will send our courier partner to pick up the products delivered to you.
• Step 4 – In case our reverse pick up service is not available at your location, you will need to self-ship the product via any reliable courier partner. We will reimburse the courier charges.
• Step 5 – After your product(s) is received, we will verify it against the claim and initiate the replacement or refund accordingly. Please note that replacement will depend upon the stock availability.

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel order from CANCEL button from order section page under My account page. You just need to give reason for cancellation, and leave rest on us.

Note – Orders can be only cancelled till the status is “Ready to Ship”.

Items bought individually or as whole during sale or offer period are not eligible for cancellation
www.natrolish.com reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time.
Refund for my cancelled product

In case of prepaid orders, money will be returned to the bank account/ credit/debit card or where the payment was made from within 7 business working days. For Cash on Delivery orders customers will be required to provide bank details where they would like to receive the refund.

We will process your refund within 7 business days incase of cancellation of an order.

Using Cash Back & Promo Codes/Coupons:
Cash back & Promo Codes/Coupons may not be applicable for all the products on the website.
Special coupons should be redeemed within the limited period, and validity once expired, cannot be extended later.
Two offers cannot be clubbed together using the Promo Codes/Coupons.
www.natrolish.com reserves the right to cancel any promotional Promo Codes/Coupons and the transactions in which they are used. (This is not applicable on Cash back Promo Codes)
Cash back and Promo Code /Coupon code cannot be clubbed together to avail an offer at www.natrolish.com. This means, if Promo Code is used in an offer, Cash back cannot be generated.
Cash back amount is subject to change at the sole discretion www.natrolish.com.
